Sales Tax Holidays

This is a great article if you are interested in sales tax holidays. Not ever being in a state that offered them, I can only imagine they are a bit difficult for private companies to implement... easier with computers today, but still some of the descriptions say "qualified" sales. Do they really influence a person's decisions? I know that people do not even know they are paying higher taxes in "special taxing districts" here is Colorado. On line shopping appears to have a bigger influence.
